Vegetables with egg baked in a bun

These buns are the perfect breakfast.
Delicious, satisfying, quick and easy to prepare.
You can experiment with fillings, add different vegetables, meat, etc..
From the specified amount of ingredients, 4 servings are obtained.

  • 4 small buns
  • 4 eggs
  • 100 g bacon (any)
  • 200 g tomatoes
  • 150 g pepper
  • 100 g cheese
  • 100 g onions
  • salt
  • pepper


Finely chop the onion.

Finely chop the bacon.

Cut the tomatoes into small pieces.

Finely chop the pepper.

Fry bacon (do not add oil).

Add onion.

Add pepper.

Add tomatoes.

Salt a little, pepper.


Cut off the top of the buns.

Remove the crumb (you can fry crackers from it).

Arrange vegetables, half-filling the buns.

Add egg.

Sprinkle with cheese.

Place in a baking dish.
Put in the oven.
Bake at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
