Asparagus baked with bacon and cheese

Asparagus is easy to find in large supermarkets.
You can simply boil it and serve it as a side dish, for example, for meat..
But I like bacon-baked asparagus.
It turns out a little crispy.
Any hard cheese can be used instead of Parmesan.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 2-3 servings are obtained.

  • 300 g asparagus (white or green)
  • 7-10 strips of bacon
  • 50 g cheese (I have parmesan)


Peel white asparagus (no need to peel green).

Break off the hard part.

Put in boiling water.
Cook for 5 minutes.

Cool boiled asparagus.
Wrap in strips of bacon.

Grate cheese on a fine grater.

Place the asparagus in a baking dish.

Sprinkle with cheese.
Put in the oven.
Bake at 180 degrees until golden brown (about 20 minutes).
