Spaghetti with minced meat

Simple but tasty and satisfying dish.
You can use not only spaghetti, but also penne, shells, spirals are also good..
From the specified amount of ingredients, 6-8 servings are obtained.

  • 400 g spaghetti
  • 400 g minced meat (any, to taste)
  • 250 g tomatoes
  • 200 g carrots
  • 150 g onions
  • vegetable oil
  • salt
  • pepper


Finely chop the onion.

Dice the tomatoes.

Grate the carrots on a medium grater.

Fry the onion in vegetable oil.

Add carrots.
Fry a little.

Add tomatoes.
Fry for 5 minutes.

Add minced meat.
Salt, pepper.
Fry until tender (about 20 minutes).

Boil spaghetti until cooked.

Add spaghetti to minced meat.

Sprinkle with herbs when serving.
