Pork soaked in milk, baked with sour cream sauce

Delicious meat!
Due to the fact that the meat is soaked in milk, it turns out to be very tender, and thanks to frying, it is juicy.
But you can not fry the meat, just soak it in milk, put it in a mold, put the sauce on the meat, bake.
You can use chicken fillet instead of pork.
As a side dish, you can cook potatoes, rice or fresh vegetable salad.
The specified amount of ingredients makes 4-5 servings.

  • 500 g pork
  • 300 ml milk
  • 1 egg
  • breadcrumbs
  • salt
  • pepper
  • vegetable oil


  • 150 g sour cream (10-15%)
  • 100 g cheese
  • 3-4 cloves of garlic
  • greens to taste


Cut the meat into slices about 1-1.5 cm thick.

Beat off slightly.

Put in a bowl.

Pour milk.
Refrigerate for 1-2 hours.

Cooking the sauce.
Finely chop the greens.

Grate cheese on a fine grater.

Add garlic squeezed through the garlic press.

Add sour cream.

Add greens.
Salt a little, pepper.


Beat the egg a little.

Salt, pepper.

Get the meat out of the milk.
Roll in egg.

Roll in breadcrumbs.

Fry in vegetable oil on one side.

Turn over, fry on the other side.

Place in a baking dish.

Put the sauce on the meat.
Put in the oven.
Bake at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
