Pork skewers with vegetables and mushrooms

Delicious kebabs!
The meat turns out juicy and aromatic, vegetables and mushrooms perfectly complement the taste.
I served skewers on lettuce leaves.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 15-17 skewers are obtained.

  • 700 g pork (or chicken or turkey fillet)
  • 1-2 bell peppers
  • 10-15 cherry tomatoes
  • 10-15 pcs. brussels sprouts
  • 10-15 small mushrooms
  • leeks or 150 g onions
  • 2 tbsp mustard (weak)
  • salt
  • pepper


Cut the meat into cubes about 2–2.5 cm.

Stir the meat with mustard.
Salt, pepper.
Refrigerate for 30-40 minutes.

Put cabbage in boiling water.
Cook for 7-8 minutes.

Pepper, clear of seeds, cut into large cubes.

Cut the leek into slices about 5 mm wide.

On skewers, alternating, string meat, vegetables and mushrooms.
Put in a baking dish (the dish can be slightly oiled).
Put in the oven.
Bake at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
