Pork fried with onions, mushrooms and cheese

Delicate, aromatic meat.
As a side dish, you can cook mashed potatoes, rice or buckwheat.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 6-8 servings are obtained.

  • 500 g fillet of pork (or beef, chicken)
  • 400 g fresh or frozen mushrooms (I used champignons)
  • 200 cheese (hard)
  • 200 g onions
  • salt
  • pepper
  • vegetable oil


Cut the onion into half rings.

Thinly chop the mushrooms.

Cut the meat into slices about 1 cm thick.

Beat back.

Grate cheese on a medium grater.

Put the meat in a baking dish.
Salt, pepper.

Put onions on the meat.

Put mushrooms on the onion.
Salt, pepper.

Sprinkle with cheese.
Put in the oven.
Bake at 180 degrees until golden brown (about 50 minutes).
