Mushrooms in sour cream

Mushrooms are tender, with a creamy taste.
Serve them with mashed potatoes.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 3-4 servings are obtained.

  • 300 g champignons
  • 3 tbsp sour cream
  • 150 g onions
  • vegetable oil
  • salt
  • pepper


Finely chop the onion.

Thinly chop the mushrooms.

Fry the onion in vegetable oil.

Add mushrooms.
Salt, pepper.
Fry for 10-15 minutes.

Add sour cream.
Simmer for 5 minutes.

Enjoy your meal!
