Meat with onions, carrots and rice noodles

Instead of rice noodles, you can use regular.
Any meat can be used, to taste.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 6-8 servings are obtained.

  • 500 g of meat (pork, lamb, beef, chicken)
  • 250 g rice noodles
  • 200 g carrots
  • 150 g onions
  • 3-4 cloves of garlic
  • greens to taste
  • vegetable oil
  • salt
  • pepper


Finely chop the onion.

Grate the carrots on a medium grater.

Cut the meat into small pieces.

Finely chop the garlic.

Finely chop the greens.

Fry the onion in vegetable oil.

Add carrots.
Fry lightly.

Add meat.

Salt, pepper.
Fry covered for 25-40 minutes (cooking time depends on the type of meat).

Add garlic.
Fry for 3-4 minutes.

Add greens.

Remove from fire.

Boil the noodles as directed on the package.

Put the noodles on the plates, put the meat on the noodles.
