Meat rolls with mushroom filling

Delicious rolls.
The meat turns out to be tender, juicy.
You can cook potatoes or rice for a side dish.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 6-8 servings are obtained.

  • 500 g pork or beef (fillet)
  • 300 g mushrooms
  • 200 g onions
  • 150 g sour cream (or mayonnaise)
  • 150 g ketchup (or tomato paste)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • vegetable oil


Finely chop the onion.

Peel the mushrooms.
Cut in small pieces.

Fry the onions in vegetable oil until golden brown.

Add mushrooms.

Salt, pepper.

Fry until tender (about 20 minutes).

Chop the meat.

Beat back.

Salt a little, pepper.

Lay out the mushroom filling.

Roll up roll.

Mix sour cream with ketchup.

Place the rolls in a baking dish (seam down).

Pour the sauce.
Put in the oven.
Bake at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
