Meat baked in lingonberry sauce

Delicate meat with aromatic sauce.
Will appeal to those who love the combination of meat and berries.
You can cook rice for a side dish.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 3-4 servings are obtained.

  • 500 g pork (or chicken fillet, turkey)
  • 300 g lingonberries
  • 1 orange
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • salt


Remove the zest from the orange.

Squeeze out the juice (about 100 ml in total).

Put lingonberries, honey in a blender.

Add juice.

If you don’t have a blender, you can do everything.

Add zest.

Put half of the sauce into the mold.

Lay out the meat, cut into slices about 1 cm thick.
Salt a little.

Put the remaining sauce on the meat.
Put in the oven.
Bake at 180 degrees for an hour.
