Lamb marinated in soy sauce with tomato sauce

Juicy, tender, aromatic meat.
Tomato sauce perfectly complements the taste.
You can use beef instead of lamb. You can cook rice or potatoes as a side dish.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 6-8 servings are obtained.

  • 1.5 kg lamb
  • 150 ml soy sauce
  • lemon
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • salt
  • pepper

tomato sauce:

  • 350 g tomatoes
  • 200 g onions
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • greens to taste
  • vegetable oil
  • salt
  • pepper


Squeeze juice from lemon (we need 50 ml).

Mix soy sauce and lemon juice.

Add garlic squeezed through the garlic press.

Add ginger.
Salt, pepper.


Pour the sauce over the meat.
Leave on for 30 minutes.

Turn the meat.
Leave on for another 30 minutes.

Drain the sauce.
Place the meat in a roasting sleeve.
Put in the oven.
Bake at 180 degrees for 1.5-2 hours.

Cooking the sauce.
Finely chop the onion and garlic.

Peel the tomatoes.
Cut in small pieces.

Finely chop the greens.

Fry the onion and garlic in vegetable oil.

Add tomatoes.

Salt, pepper.
Simmer for 2-3 minutes.

Add greens.

Remove from fire.

Chop the finished meat.
Serve with tomato sauce.
