Fried asparagus with chicken fillet and tomatoes

Delicious, hearty, healthy dish.
You can use turkey fillet instead of chicken fillet, green beans instead of asparagus.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 6-8 servings are obtained.

  • 500 g chicken fillet
  • 350 g asparagus (green or white)
  • 15-20 cherry tomatoes (or 1-2 regular tomatoes)
  • leeks (or 150 g of onions)
  • juice of half a lemon
  • salt
  • pepper
  • vegetable oil


Break off the hard part of the stem of the asparagus and discard.

Cut the asparagus into small pieces.
Sprinkle with lemon juice.

Cut the leek into half rings (finely chop the onion).

Fillet finely chop.

Cut the tomatoes into small pieces.

Lightly fry the onion in vegetable oil.

Add fillet.
Fry for 10 minutes.

Add asparagus.
Fry for 10 minutes.

Add tomatoes.
Salt, pepper.
Fry for 5 minutes.
