I advise you to cook the minced meat yourself, do not use the purchased.
For a side dish, you can cook potatoes, rice, buckwheat, vegetable salad.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 12-15 cutlets are obtained.
- 500 g beef (fillet)
- 500 g pork (fillet)
- 200 g onions
- 200 g loaf
- 500 ml milk
- vegetable oil
Soak a loaf in milk.
Pass beef and pork through a meat grinder.
Skip the onion through a meat grinder.
Add to meat.
Add a loaf (squeeze out the milk, the crusts can be removed).
Fry in vegetable oil on one side (fry for about 10 minutes).
Fry on the other side (fry for about 10 minutes).
