Couscous (side dish)

I bring to your attention a simple recipe for a delicious hearty side dish.
Now in almost any supermarket you can buy couscous (this is wheat groats).
It can be served as a side dish for meat dishes..
From the specified amount of ingredients, 4-6 servings are obtained.

  • 150 g couscous
  • 150 g tomatoes
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • greens to taste
  • salt
  • pepper
  • vegetable oil


Pour couscous with 300 ml of boiling water.
Cover, leave for 15 minutes.

Chop the tomatoes.

Chop the greens.

Add tomatoes, herbs, garlic squeezed through a garlic press to the couscous.

Salt, pepper.

Add some oil.

Enjoy your meal!
