Chicken fillet marinated in cream

Delicious fillet!
Thanks to the breading, it turns out juicy and aromatic.
You can add any spices to breadcrumbs, dried herbs to taste.
For a side dish, you can cook potatoes, pasta, rice.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 4-6 servings are obtained.

  • 500 g chicken fillet
  • 200 ml cream (10-15%)
  • 100 g bread crumbs
  • 50 g sesame seeds
  • salt
  • pepper
  • vegetable oil


Fillet cut into small pieces.

Salt, pepper.

Pour in cream.
Refrigerate for 3-4 hours.

Mix the breadcrumbs and sesame seeds.

Roll fillet in breading.

Fry in vegetable oil on one side (about 3-4 minutes).

Turn over, fry on the other side (about 3-4 minutes).
