Chicken drumstick in puff pastry

Juicy drumstick, crispy dough, spicy cucumbers.
Tasty, simple, satisfying.
Serve with tomato sauce, ketchup, sour cream.

  • 500 g puff pastry
  • 1 kg chicken drumstick
  • 3-4 pickled cucumbers
  • salt
  • pepper
  • vegetable oil


Salt and pepper the drumstick.

Leave on for 10-15 minutes.

Fry the shin on one side in vegetable oil.

Turn over, fry on the other side.

Cut cucumbers lengthwise into quarters.

Roll out the dough.

Cut into strips 1.5–2 cm wide.

Wrap the drumstick and cucumber in the dough.

Cover the baking sheet with baking paper.
Lay out the shin.
Put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
Bake until golden brown (about 15-20 minutes).
