Chicken baked with Philadelphia cream, garlic, pepper and thyme

Instead of Philadelphia curd cheese, you can use Almette. If there is neither one nor the other, you can try using thick sour cream.
Instead of thyme, you can use marjoram or finely chopped herbs (parsley, dill).

  • chicken (weighing about 500 g)
  • 150 g Philadelphia
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • 10 sprigs of thyme
  • 1 chili pepper
