Casserole with minced meat and pasta

Delicious and hearty casserole that tastes like lasagna.
I advise you to cook the minced meat yourself (I used beef + pork).
From the specified amount of ingredients, 10-12 servings are obtained.

  • 1 kg minced meat
  • 400 g pasta (shells, spirals, penne, etc.)
  • 400 g tomatoes in their own juice (or fresh)
  • 300 g cheese (hard)
  • 200 g onions
  • vegetable oil
  • salt
  • pepper


  • 1 liter of milk
  • 100 g butter
  • 100 g flour
  • salt
  • pepper


Finely chop the onion.

Remove the skin from the tomatoes, mash with the juice.

Fry the onions in vegetable oil.

Add minced meat.
Fry lightly.

Add tomatoes.

Salt, pepper.
Simmer for 15-20 minutes.

Cooking béchamel sauce.
Melt the butter.

Add flour.

Fry lightly.

Pour milk in a thin stream.
Stir, bring to a boil.

Salt a little.
Heat until the sauce resembles liquid sour cream in consistency.

Boil pasta until cooked (as indicated on the package).
Drain the water.

Grate cheese on a medium grater.

Put pasta in a baking dish (I have a shape of 20 × 30 cm, and a height of 5 cm).

Spread out half of the sauce.

Put the minced meat.

Put the remaining sauce on the minced meat.

Sprinkle with cheese.
Put in the oven.
Bake at 180 degrees until golden brown (about 20-25 minutes).
