Casserole with chicken fillet, vegetables and mashed potatoes

Delicate puree, juicy aromatic vegetables. Very tasty!
You can use any vegetables to taste.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 6-8 servings are obtained.

  • 300 g chicken fillet (or pork, beef)
  • 300 g eggplant
  • 300 g bell pepper
  • 150 g onions
  • 100 g carrots
  • 500 g potatoes
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 50 ml milk
  • 100 g cheese (hard or semi-hard)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • vegetable oil


Peel potatoes.
Boil until tender.

Add butter and milk to potatoes.

Finely chop the onion.

Cut the eggplants into cubes.
If the eggplants are bitter, sprinkle them with salt, leave for 30 minutes, then rinse in cold water.

Pepper, clear of seeds, cut into strips.

Fillet cut into small pieces.

Grate the carrots on a medium grater.

Fry the onion in vegetable oil.

Add carrots.
Fry a little.

Add fillet.
Fry for 5 minutes.

Add pepper.

Add eggplant
Salt, pepper.
Fry for 10 minutes.

Grate cheese on a medium grater.

Put the meat and vegetables in a baking dish (I used a 15 × 20 cm dish).

Put mashed potatoes on the meat with vegetables.

Sprinkle with cheese.
Put in the oven.
Bake at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
