Casserole with chicken fillet, mushrooms and mashed potatoes

Delicate, hearty casserole with a delicious golden crust.
You can bake it both in portioned tins, and in one large form (about 20 × 30 cm in size).
The specified amount of ingredients makes 7-9 servings.

  • 500 g chicken fillet (or turkey fillet)
  • 50 g bun or loaf
  • milk
  • 300 g mushrooms
  • 150 g onions
  • 500 g potatoes
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 150 g cheese
  • greens to taste
  • salt
  • pepper
  • vegetable oil


Skip chicken fillet through a meat grinder.

Soak a bun in milk.

Mix the minced meat and the bun (squeeze the bun from the milk beforehand).

Finely chop the onion.

Finely chop the mushrooms.

Fry the onion in vegetable oil.

Add minced meat, fry.

Add mushrooms.
Salt, pepper.
Fry for 20 minutes.

Peel the potatoes, boil until tender.

Finely chop the greens.

Add butter.
Add 50-70 ml of milk.
Salt, pepper.

Add greens.

Grate cheese on a fine grater.

Put the minced meat with mushrooms in the molds.

Put mashed potatoes on the minced meat.

Sprinkle with cheese.
Put in the oven.
Bake at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
