Casserole with cabbage and minced meat

Delicate, juicy casserole.
You can use any minced meat, to taste.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 6-8 servings are obtained.

  • 700 g cabbage
  • 500 g minced meat
  • 200 g onions
  • 200 g carrots
  • 500 g sour cream (10-20%)
  • 200 g cheese (hard)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • vegetable oil


Finely chop the onion.

Grate the carrots on a medium grater.

Finely chop the cabbage.

Fry the onion in vegetable oil.

Add minced meat.
Salt, pepper.
Fry for 15-20 minutes.

Fry carrots in vegetable oil.

Add cabbage.
Salt a little.
Simmer covered until tender (about 15-20 minutes).

Grate cheese on a fine grater.

Put half of the cabbage in a baking dish (I have a shape of 20 × 30 cm, and a height of 5 cm).
Salt, pepper.

Smear with sour cream.

Put out all the minced meat.

Smear with sour cream.

Lay out the leftover cabbage.

Smear with sour cream.

Sprinkle with cheese.

Put in the oven.
Bake at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
Cool the finished casserole a little.
Cut into portions.
