Buckwheat porridge with mushrooms

Incredibly aromatic, satisfying, healthy porridge.
Prepares quickly and easily.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 6-8 servings are obtained.

  • 300 g mushrooms
  • 1 cup buckwheat
  • 150 g onions
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • vegetable oil
  • salt
  • pepper


Cut the onion into half rings.
Finely chop the garlic.

Dice the mushrooms.

Fry the onion and garlic in vegetable oil.

Add mushrooms.
Fry for 5-7 minutes.

Add buckwheat.

Pour in 2 cups of hot water.
Salt, pepper.

Simmer until tender (about 15-20 minutes).
