Bell peppers fried with corn

Such vegetables are a wonderful and unusual side dish for meat..
Tomatoes can be used instead of bell peppers.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 6-8 servings are obtained.

  • 300 g bell pepper
  • 1 can of corn (380 g)
  • 150 g onions
  • 200 g carrots
  • 200 ml broth
  • salt
  • pepper
  • vegetable oil


Finely chop the onion.

Grate the carrots on a medium grater.

Peel the pepper.
Cut into cubes.

Fry the onions in vegetable oil until golden brown.

Add carrots.
Fry a little.

Add pepper.
Fry for 5-7 minutes.

Add corn.

Pour in broth.
Salt a little, pepper.
Simmer for 15-20 minutes.
