Layer pie with mozzarella and tomatoes

Tomatoes and mozzarella – the perfect combination.
Instead of mozzarella, you can try using another cheese, but then the taste will be completely different..
From the specified amount of ingredients, 6-8 servings are obtained.

  • 500 g puff pastry (yeast or non-yeast)
  • 500 g tomatoes
  • 500 g mozzarella
  • salt
  • pepper


Mozzarella thinly sliced.

Cut the tomatoes into slices.
If the tomatoes are very juicy, drain the juice..

Put the rolled dough into a mold (I used a 20 × 30 cm mold).
Make small sides.

Arrange, alternating, mozzarella and tomatoes.

Salt a little, pepper.
Put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
Bake for 25-30 minutes.
