Vegetable salad

Light, summer salad.
You can use absolutely any vegetables, to taste.
If the salad is poured with soy sauce, then you do not need to season it.
The specified amount of ingredients makes 7-8 servings.

  • 500 g tomatoes
  • 300 g cucumbers
  • 300 g bell pepper
  • lettuce leaves


  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp vinegar 6%
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 100 ml vegetable oil
  • salt
  • pepper


Cut cucumbers into strips.

Dice the tomatoes.

Pepper to clear from seeds.
Cut into strips.

For dressing, mix mustard with garlic squeezed through a garlic press.
Add vinegar.
Add oil.
Stir to get a homogeneous mass.
Season with salt, pepper to taste.

Mix cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers.

Add dressing.

Tear green salad with your hands.
Put in a salad bowl.

Put vegetables on top.

Enjoy your meal!
