Turkey, daikon and pesto salad

A light but satisfying salad. The main highlight is the gas station. Pesto goes well with turkey and vegetables.
You can use chicken fillet instead of turkey.
You can use any vegetables to taste.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 4-6 servings are obtained.

  • 250 g turkey
  • 250 g cherry
  • 200 g daikon
  • 200 g cucumbers
  • 15 quail eggs (or 3-4 chicken)
  • salad (I used Romaine)
  • leek
  • 1-2 sprigs of thyme
  • 4-6 tbsp. pesto sauce
  • salt
  • pepper


Put the turkey in foil.
Salt, pepper.

Put thyme sprigs.

Foil wrap.
Place in a baking dish.
Put in the oven.
Bake at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
Cool down.

Finely chop the finished turkey.

Cut cucumbers into strips.

Cut the tomatoes into small pieces.

Cut the leek into half rings.

Daikon cut into strips.

Romaine to break with your hands.

Add turkey, tomato, daikon, onion, cucumber.
Salt, pepper.

Put the salad on the plates.

Put eggs and pesto on the salad.
