Tuna and croutons salad

Delicious hearty salad.
You can use pink salmon instead of tuna.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 4-6 servings are obtained.

  • 300 g canned tuna
  • 200 g loaf
  • 3 eggs
  • 150 g carrots
  • 100 g onions
  • salt
  • mayonnaise
  • vegetable oil


Finely chop the onion.

If you use bitter onions, pour boiling water over it, leave for 10 minutes.
Drain the water.
Rinse the onion in cold water.

Dice the loaf.

Fry the loaf in vegetable oil until golden brown.

Grate carrots (raw) on a fine grater.

Grate eggs on a coarse grater.

Drain the oil from the fish.
Mash it with a fork.

Mix croutons, onions, eggs, carrots, fish.

Season with mayonnaise.

Enjoy your meal!
