Shrimp, croutons and eggs salad

Juicy shrimps, crispy croutons, fresh herbs!
Very tasty, light, refreshing.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 2-3 servings are obtained.

  • 300 g shrimp (boiled, peeled)
  • 100-150 g loaf
  • 8 quail (or 2 chicken) eggs
  • lettuce leaves
  • mayonnaise
  • salt
  • pepper
  • vegetable oil


Dice the loaf.

Fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.

Cut the quail eggs into 2 parts (chicken eggs for 4-6).

Mix salad, shrimp, croutons.
Salt a little, pepper.

Put on plates.
Put eggs on the salad.
Season with mayonnaise when serving.
