Shrimp cocktail salad


Delicate, light salad.
You can use olive oil instead of mayonnaise..
From the specified amount of ingredients, 2-3 servings are obtained.
Ingredients

  • 150 g shrimp (peeled)
  • 200 g apples
  • 200 g cucumbers
  • 200 g carrots
  • juice of half a lemon
  • mayonnaise

Preparation

Finely chop the shrimp.

Grate raw carrots on a medium grater.

Grate the cucumber on a medium grater.

Grate the apple on a medium grater.
Sprinkle with lemon juice.

Put cucumbers on the bottom of the bowl.
Brush with a thin layer of mayonnaise.

Put carrots on cucumbers.
Grease with mayonnaise.

Put apples on carrots.
Brush with a thin layer of mayonnaise.

Put the shrimps on the apples.
