Salad with sun-dried tomatoes, baked chicken fillet and parmesan

Delicious, aromatic salad.
Any hard cheese can be used instead of Parmesan.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 4-6 servings are obtained.

  • 300 g chicken fillet
  • 100 g sun-dried tomatoes
  • 50 g parmesan
  • 150 g green salad (I have corn and radiccho)
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 5 black peppercorns
  • 2 tsp dried herbs
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • salt


  • 50 ml vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • juice of half a lemon
  • salt
  • pepper


Grind pepper and salt in a mortar.

Add garlic.

Add dried herbs.

Add oil.

Grate the chicken fillet with the resulting mass.

Wrap in foil.

Place in a baking dish.
Put in the oven.
Bake at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.

Cut the finished chicken fillet into small pieces.

Cut the tomatoes into small pieces.

Cut cheese into thin slices.

Mix oil, mustard, lemon juice.
Salt, pepper.

Mix lettuce and tomatoes.

Add dressing.

Put salad and tomatoes on plates.

Top with fillet and parmesan.
