Salad with squid, apples and cheese

Delicate calamari, juicy apples, aromatic cheese.
Tasty and unusual.
It is advisable to use apples sour or sweet and sour.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 4-6 servings are obtained.

  • 300 g squid (peeled)
  • 3 eggs
  • 300 g apples
  • 50 g cheese
  • 100 g onions
  • mayonnaise


Bring the water to a boil.
Lower the squid.
Cook for 2-3 minutes (if you cook longer, the squid will become tough).
Cool down.

Cut into strips.

Cut the onion into half rings.

Pour boiling water over.
Leave for 10 minutes.
Drain the water.
Rinse the onion in cold water (this is done so that the onion does not taste bitter).

Grate cheese on a medium grater.

Grate eggs on a medium grater.

Peel the apples.
Grate on a medium grater.

Mix eggs, onions, squid, apples, cheese.

Season with mayonnaise.
