Salad with kohlrabi, celery, apple and carrot

Healthy, tasty, simple, light salad.
Instead of kohlrabi, you can use radish.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 6-8 servings are obtained.

  • 500 g kohlrabi
  • 300 g apples
  • 200 g carrots
  • 150 g celery stalks
  • juice of half a lime (or lemon)
  • vegetable oil
  • salt


Grate kohlrabi on a medium grater.
If there is a lot of juice, it must be squeezed.

Grate the carrots on a medium grater.

Finely chop celery.

Peel the apples.
Remove core.
Cut into strips.
Add lime juice.

Add kohlrabi, carrots, celery.

Season with vegetable oil.
Salt to taste.
