Salad with funchose, Korean carrots and meat

Light, but at the same time filling salad.
Instead of beef, you can use any meat you like. For example, boiled chicken fillet.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 6-8 servings are obtained.

  • 100 g funchose
  • 200 g of beef (I used boiled and smoked)
  • 150 g Korean carrots
  • 200 g cucumbers
  • 200 g bell pepper


  • 50 ml soy sauce
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • a small piece of ginger


Prepare funchoza as written on the package.
I poured boiling water over it for 5 minutes.

Then washed in cold water.
Optionally, you can cut it.

Cut the beef into strips.

Cut the cucumber into strips.

Cut the pepper into strips.

Cooking gas station.
Grate ginger on a fine grater (we need 1 tsp.)

Add garlic squeezed through the garlic press to the soy sauce.

Add ginger.


Mix funchose, beef, carrot, cucumber, pepper.

Add dressing.

Enjoy your meal!
