Salad with croutons, cheese and carrots

Delicious salad. Juicy carrots, aromatic cheese, crispy croutons.
Easy and quick preparation.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 4-6 servings are obtained.

  • 250 g white loaf
  • 300 g cheese
  • 250 g carrots
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • mayonnaise
  • vegetable oil


Cut the loaf into small cubes.

Fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.

Grate raw carrots on a fine grater.

Grate cheese on a fine grater.

Mix carrots, cheese, croutons (I recommend adding croutons before serving to keep them crispy).

Add garlic squeezed through the garlic press.

Season with mayonnaise.
