Salad with chicken fillet, prunes and nuts

Delicious salad.
Prepares quickly and easily.
I recommend using walnuts.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 4-6 servings are obtained.

  • 300 g chicken fillet
  • 150 g pitted prunes
  • 100 g walnuts
  • mayonnaise


Boil the fillet until tender (cook for about 20 minutes after boiling).
Cool down.

Fillet finely chop.

Cut prunes into strips.

Chop the nuts in a blender or finely chop.

Mix fillet, nuts, prunes.

Season with mayonnaise.

Enjoy your meal!
