Mouse Cheese Salad

Dear friends! The most magical holiday, New Year, is coming soon..
I offer you an option for decorating a salad in the form of a piece of cheese, because 2020 is the year of the mouse.
Thus, you can arrange any salad that contains cheese, or the rest of the ingredients are combined with cheese..
If you use chicken eggs, mice can be made not from a whole egg, but from half.
Instead of thighs, you can use a breast (if boneless, but you need about 300 g), a drumstick, etc..
Instead of Beijing cabbage, you can use any green salad, to taste.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 4-6 servings are obtained.

  • 500 g chicken thighs
  • 300 g of Chinese cabbage
