Carrot salad


Coming year – Rabbit (Cat).
Let’s please him and make such a salad on New Year’s Eve.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 2 salads were obtained, such as in the photo.
Ingredients

  • 200 g turkey (or chicken) fillet
  • 300 g potatoes
  • 300 g mushrooms
  • 300 g carrots
  • 2 eggs
  • 150 g onions
  • mayonnaise
  • salt
  • dill
  • vegetable oil

Preparation

Boil potatoes and carrots until tender.
Cool, clean.

Boil the fillet until tender (cook the turkey for about 20-25 minutes after boiling).
Cool down.

Finely chop the onion.

Finely chop the mushrooms.

Fry the onion in vegetable oil.

Add mushrooms.
Salt.
Fry until tender (about 15 minutes).

Grate potatoes on a fine grater.

Grate carrots on a fine grater.

Fillet finely chop.

Grate eggs on a fine grater.

Put potatoes in the form of carrots on a plate.
Salt a little.
Grease with mayonnaise.

Put mushrooms on potatoes (you can not grease with mayonnaise).

Put fillet on mushrooms.
Salt a little.
Grease with mayonnaise.

Put eggs on the fillet.
Grease a little with mayonnaise.

Put carrots on the eggs.

Lay out dill.
You can make grooves on a carrot using a knife.
