Avocado salad with chicken fillet, tomato and pepper

If you love avocados, you should definitely make this salad..
It turns out to be very tasty, delicate, aromatic.
The main thing is to choose a ripe avocado.;)
From the specified amount of ingredients, 4-6 servings are obtained.

  • 2 avocados (total weight about 500 g)
  • 300 g chicken fillet
  • 250 g tomatoes
  • 200 g bell pepper
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • greens to taste
  • salt
  • pepper
  • mayonnaise


Boil the fillet until tender (cook for about 20 minutes after boiling).

Cool fillet.
Cut in small pieces.

Dice the tomatoes.

Pepper to clear from seeds.
Cut into cubes.

Finely chop the greens.

Peel the avocado.
Remove bone.
Cut the pulp into cubes.

Mix avocado and lemon juice.

Add fillet, tomatoes, peppers, herbs.
Salt, pepper.

Season with mayonnaise.
