This time I want to offer you a recipe for my favorite stuffed pancakes..
These crepes can be made with minced meat or chicken fillets. But with the liver it turns out more tender.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 8-10 pieces are obtained.
- 8-10 pancakes (according to recipes Pancakes or Yeast Pancakes)
- 500 g chicken liver (or beef)
- 3 eggs
- 150 g onions
- vegetable oil
Finely chop the onion.
Fry the onions in vegetable oil.
Fry until tender (about 7-8 minutes).
Grate eggs on a fine grater.
Pass the liver with onions through a meat grinder.
Mix liver and eggs.
Put the filling on the pancake.
Roll opposite edges towards the middle.
Fry the envelopes in vegetable oil until golden brown.
