The pancakes are thin, soft, very tasty.
They can be served with jam, honey, condensed milk.
Can be stuffed with any filling, to taste.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 15-16 pancakes with a diameter of 21 cm are obtained.
- 500 ml milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp Sahara
- 200 g flour
- 2 tsp baking powder (or 1 tsp slaked soda)
Beat eggs with sugar and salt.
Add vegetable oil.
Add soda and flour.
Stir with a whisk or mixer.
Reheat the pan.
Oil a little.
Pour the dough into the middle, twist the pan so that the dough is evenly distributed.
When the bottom of the pancake is golden, it must be turned over.
Fry on the other side.
