Pike perch with mushrooms and cream

Delicious fish! Mushrooms perfectly complement the taste.
Instead of pike perch, you can use sea bass, salmon, trout, etc..
You can cook rice or potatoes as a side dish.

  • 700 g pike perch (peeled)
  • 300 g mushrooms
  • 150 g onions
  • 200 ml cream (10-20%)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • vegetable oil


Finely chop the onion.

Dice the mushrooms.

Cut the fish into small pieces.

Fry the onion in vegetable oil.

Add mushrooms.
Fry lightly.

Add cream.

Salt, pepper.

Put fish.
Simmer on one side for 10 minutes.

Simmer for 10 minutes.
