Fried flounder with oranges

At first glance, an unusual combination – fish and oranges.

  • 500 g flounder
  • 300 g oranges
  • 150 g onions
  • salt
  • pepper
  • vegetable oil


Cut the onion into half rings.

Juice the oranges.

Fry the onion in vegetable oil.

Add fish.
Salt, pepper.
Fry for 5 minutes on each side.

Add juice.
Simmer for 10 minutes.
