Fish stewed with vegetables in foil

Delicious, healthy dish.
You can use any vegetables to taste.
You can prepare mashed potatoes or rice as a side dish.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 5-6 servings are obtained.

  • 500 g fish fillets (tilapia, pike perch, trout, etc.)
  • 100 g carrots
  • 150 g onions
  • 1 lime or lemon
  • greens to taste
  • spices to taste
  • salt
  • pepper


Cut the fish into small pieces.

Salt, pepper.
Add spices.
Add lime (or lemon) juice.
Leave on for 30-40 minutes.

Cut the onion into half rings.

Cut carrots into slices.

Finely chop the greens.

Put fish in foil.

Put carrots on the fish.

Lay out the bow.

Sprinkle with herbs (some herbs can be left to sprinkle on the finished dish).

Wrap the foil tightly.

Place in a baking dish.
Put in the oven.
Bake at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
