Fish in a tender souffle

Delicate, juicy fish.
You can make mashed potatoes as a side dish.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 4-6 servings are obtained.

  • 500 g fish fillet (pike perch, tilapia, pangasius, pink salmon, etc.)
  • 2 eggs
  • 250 ml milk
  • 5 tbsp ketchup or tomato paste
  • salt
  • pepper
  • vegetable oil


Cut the fish into small pieces.

Fry fish pieces in vegetable oil on both sides (fry for 7-10 minutes on each side, over medium heat).

Beat eggs.
Salt a little, pepper.

Add milk.

Add ketchup.

Place the fish pieces in a baking dish.

Pour the sauce over the fish.
Put in the oven.
Bake at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
