Fish fried in sesame


Juicy fish in a fragrant crust.
You can cook rice or potatoes as a side dish.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 4-6 servings are obtained.
Ingredients

  • 500 g fish fillet (tilapia, pangasius, pink salmon, etc.)
  • 1 egg
  • 30-40 g sesame seeds (sesame)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • vegetable oil

Preparation

Cut the fish into small pieces.

Beat the egg.
Salt, pepper.

Dip the fish in the egg.

Roll in sesame.

Fry in vegetable oil until golden brown (about 5-7 minutes).

Flip.
