Soup with mushrooms, chicken fillet and cream

I suggest you try another version of creamy soup.
The soup turns out to be very tasty and satisfying.
Mushrooms can be used both fresh and frozen.
The amount of ingredients is indicated per 4 liter saucepan..

  • 500 g chicken fillet (or turkey fillet)
  • 300 g mushrooms (I used champignons)
  • 700 g potatoes
  • 100 g pasta (I used shells)
  • leeks (or 150 g of onions)
  • 250 ml cream 10-20%
  • cheese (optional)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • vegetable oil


Cut the leek into half rings (finely chop the onion).

Fillet cut into small pieces.

Cut the mushrooms into small pieces.

Cut the potatoes into cubes or sticks.

In a saucepan, in vegetable oil, fry the onions.

Add fillet.
Fry lightly.

Add mushrooms.

Salt, pepper.

To fill with water.
Cook for 20 minutes.

Add potatoes.
Cook for 10 minutes.

Add pasta.
Cook until the pasta is done.

Add cream.
Remove from fire.

Grate cheese on a fine grater.
Sprinkle with cheese when serving.
