Chocolate cake with milk and strawberry jelly


Delicate cake with amazing strawberry flavor!
The jelly makes the cake very light.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 6-8 servings are obtained.
Ingredients
biscuit:

  • 3 eggs
  • 150 g sugar
  • 3 tbsp cocoa
  • 100 g flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder

jelly:

  • 400 ml strawberry syrup (compote, juice)
  • 400 ml milk
  • 40 g gelatin
  • vanilla stick (or 2 tsp vanilla sugar)

also:

  • 500 g fresh or frozen strawberries

Preparation

Cooking strawberry jelly.
Soak 20 g of gelatin in 200 ml of cold boiled water.
Leave for the time indicated on the package.

Bring gelatin to a boil, but do not boil.

Mix strawberry syrup and jelly.

Pour into the mold in a layer of about 1 cm (I used a mold with a diameter of 26 cm).
Put in the refrigerator until completely solidified.

Cooking a biscuit.
Beat eggs with sugar.

Add cocoa.
Mix.

Add baking powder and flour.
Knead not a thick dough.

Put the dough in a mold (I used a mold with a diameter of 26 cm).
Put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
Bake for 15-20 minutes.

Chop strawberries in a blender.

Cut the finished cake horizontally into 2 parts.
Leave one part in the form.

Soak the other with chopped strawberries.

Soak the half that is in the form also with strawberries.

Put one cake on top of another.

Cooking milk jelly.
Soak 20 g of gelatin in 200 ml of cold boiled water.
Leave for the time indicated on the package.

Bring gelatin to a boil, but do not boil.

Cut the vanilla stick.
Take out the seeds.

Mix milk and vanilla seeds.

Add gelatin.
Mix.

Dice the frozen strawberry syrup jelly.

Put in a mold, on cakes.

Pour a thin layer of milk jelly.
Put in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes (this is done so that the jelly “seizes” and is not absorbed into the delicate cake).

Pour out the remaining milk jelly.
Put in the refrigerator until completely solidified.
