Vanilla cookies with jam and nuts

Simple but delicious and aromatic cookies.
Nuts can be used absolutely any, pre-chopped in a blender or chopped with a knife. I used almond petals.
If the cookies are rolled out thinner, they will be crisper..
From the specified amount of ingredients, about 50 pieces are obtained.

  • 150 g butter
  • 150 g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 vanilla pod (or 2 tsp vanilla sugar)
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 350-400 g flour
  • jam (or jam, thick jam)
  • nuts


Cut the vanilla stick.
Take out the seeds.

Grind butter with sugar.

Add eggs.

Add vanilla.

Add baking powder and flour.
Knead the dough.

Roll out the dough.

Cut, using molds or glasses, circles.

Put them on a baking sheet.
Put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
Bake for 10-15 minutes.

Grease the finished cooled cookies with jam.

Sprinkle with nuts.
