Tangerine pie

Bright, smart, delicious pie. Airy dough, juicy tangerines. Easy and quick preparation.
I advise you to use tangerines with a thin film (thick film can add bitterness), preferably not Chinese. If the tangerines still taste bitter after baking, just sprinkle them with sugar.
Instead of a large form, you can use several small ones. You can put half a tangerine in a mold, pour over the dough, then follow the recipe.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 6-8 servings are obtained.

  • 3 eggs
  • 100 g butter
  • 100 g sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 130-150 g flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 8-10 tangerines


Mix butter with sugar and vanilla sugar.

Add eggs.

Add baking powder and flour.

Peel tangerines.
Cut in two.

Cover the mold (I used a 20 × 30 cm mold) with baking paper.

Arrange the tangerines, cut down.

Put the dough on the tangerines.
Put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
Bake for 25-30 minutes.
Cool down.

Flip the finished cake.
