Lingonberry puffs

Crispy dough, juicy berry, airy cream.
Very tasty! Prepares quickly and easily.
From the specified amount of ingredients, 20-30 pieces are obtained.

  • 500 g puff pastry
  • 1 protein
  • 100 g sugar
  • 3-4 tbsp lingonberry (or any berry to taste)


Roll out the dough 3-4 mm thick.
Cut diamonds, squares, or rectangles.

Beat the protein with sugar until a stable foam forms..

Add the berry (you must first defrost the berry, wash it, let the water drain).
Stir gently.

Cover the baking sheet with baking paper, or grease.
Lay out the cut figures.

Put the protein mass on the figures.
Put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
Bake for 15-20 minutes.
